Alih Program Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada is the transfer of students from study programs that were formerly Diploma 3 students to become Diploma 4 Students or equivalent to Applied Bachelor’s. This program can only be attended by fresh graduate students and alumni of Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada who graduated in the 2017, 2018 and 2019 periods. Alih Program or also called Alih Jenjang at Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada is only open for 3 years, starting in 2019, 2020, and 2021. Yogyakarta (28/7) - Andrea Timuriana Putri Suci Domargo, who is usually called Deya, an English Student of the Vocational School of Universitas Gadjah Mada, followed a student exchange at Changwon National University in Korea on July 9-27 2019. Since Changwon National University only invited two students from the UGM Vocational College to participate in the Summer Camp program. Then, Deya was chosen to join this program.
Yogyakarta (09/07) – Azzahra Rizki Fadilla, who is often called Dilla, is an English student at Vocational College, Universitas Gadjah Mada. She is an outstanding student in the Vocational College majoring in English study program, this can be proven because Dilla has just returned from Japan in order to attend an international program or summer camp in Japan the program called “Showa Women’s University International Program”. The exchange of students at Showa Women’s University was held on June 21 – July 8, 2019, and of the many participants who wanted to join the program, but only 2 people were able to qualify, one of whom was Dilla.
On June 30, 2019 - July 12, 2019, Mila as DBSMB student in the English program, has been following the summer program or student exchange at the University of Asia, Taiwan for two weeks. At first, Mila learned of the announcement from the poster, then she was interested and finally met with Mr. Gifari as the organizer of the summer program.
Diah Astuti Handayani, a Makeup Artist and English Study Program alumni, shared her knowledge of how to use makeup tools for the 2016 class in Etiquette and Personality Development class. "You don't need thick makeup for a daily look at campus, right?".
English Study Program class of 2015 who joined the Soft Skill class attended a workshop with the theme STARTING UP A NEW BUSINESS which was held on Saturday, March 12, 2016 with the speaker, Mrs. Lanny Anggawati.
Tuesday (1/3), English Study Program welcomed Lecturer Exchange from Lecturer Exchange Program which is a collaboration program between UGM and Chengdu Textile College, Chengdu, China. The Lecturer Exchange Program will last for one month at the UGM Vocational School and in Chengdu, China.
