How To Prevent Our Body From Being Infected By Covid-19

Now covid-19 has become a frightening specter for all citizens of the world. Indiscriminately, this vaccine which has not yet been found is infected by all groups. With the transmission that is very fast, we can take several preventive actions for the common good, these preventive actions, including:

 

1. Social Distancing

Social distancing is the easiest way and really needs to be done to reduce the spread of Covid-19. This action can be started by reducing the frequency of activities in public places that are not too important to just staying in the house.
This is because there is sufficient space between individuals to eliminate the transmission routes of the virus.

 

2. Frequently Washing Hands and Sterilizing Objects

Washing your hands with soap containing antiseptic has proven to be the most effective way to kill this COVID-19 virus. The most effective time to wash hands is before touching food, after defecating or urinating, after doing activities, and before reaching the mouth, nose, and eyes.

The Head of the Clean Technology Research Station at the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI), Dr. Sri Pudjiraharti M.Si, said that spraying disinfectants is the right step. According to Sri, the disinfectant solution can destroy the fat layer in the virus. Household cleaners that can be used as disinfectants include liquid bleach, floor cleaners, and detergents.

 

3. Eating Healthy Foods and VitaminsCoupled with eating nutritious foods can increase endurance to fortify the Covid-19 pandemic. Nutrition in healthy foods can maximize the work of the body organs to keep the body in shape. Foods that can increase body immunity are foods that contain Vitamin C, B6, and E.

 

4. Maintain a Healthy Body

Maintaining a healthy body is also very important because the Covid-19 virus is known to be more susceptible to attack people who are not in good shape. Therefore, doing exercise regularly so that the body remains healthy and fit. However, keep in mind to do indoor training only.

According to a study from the New England Journal of Medicine, the corona covid-19 virus can survive on aerosols for 10 to 30 minutes in the air. Because of gravity, it can fall and stick to nearby objects. Therefore, doctors recommend doing sports indoors to avoid exposure to the Covid-19 virus.
