Yogyakarta (09/07) – Azzahra Rizki Fadilla, who is often called Dilla, is an English student at Vocational College, Universitas Gadjah Mada. She is an outstanding student in the Vocational College majoring in English study program, this can be proven because Dilla has just returned from Japan in order to attend an international program or summer camp in Japan the program called “Showa Women’s University International Program”. The exchange of students at Showa Women’s University was held on June 21 – July 8, 2019, and of the many participants who wanted to join the program, but only 2 people were able to qualify, one of whom was Dilla.
The holding of this program is to provide an opportunity for all students from several countries to learn everything about Japan, including language and culture. In addition, students who were selected to take part in the summer program were able to establish international relations of students from various countries. Dilla also said that the experience she gained while participating in the activity was very memorable and extraordinary, even now the Japanese culture that she learned up to now is still applied in her daily life. We all know that Japan is very well known for its culture of discipline and manners, so Dilla is interested in joining this program in order to be able to implement these good things in Indonesia. To participate in the program, there are several conditions that must be met by participants, including:
- Active students of Vocational College Universitas Gadjah Mada
- Collecting a CV (Curriculum Vitae) in English
- Motivation Letter in English
- Photocopy of Passport
- Transcript of Academic Value
- Photocopy of TOEFL Certificate; with a minimum score of 500
* Able to use prediction results
In addition, there is some information explained by Dilla, including:
- Students are fully responsible for airplane tickets, both when leaving for Japan or when returning to Indonesia
- Students are responsible for making Visas and Passports
- Allowance for personal use
“My expenses are not worth the experience I can get when attending the Showa Women’s International Program in Japan, because besides I get new knowledge, I can also establish good relations with my fellow delegates from various countries.” Said Azzahra Rizki Fadilla.
